Our Design Process

This phase begins with one of our Design Consultants visiting your home at a time that is convenient for you. Like any well designed project we begin by getting to know both your storage and lifestyle needs. Once we have this information, we will take measurements of your closets. These measurements will be incorporated by our Design Consultant to build a three-dimensional (3-D) rendering of your new closet. Once we have completed the measurements of your closets our Designer will share with you the material options and design features available from Organizers Direct and ClosetMaid. This information will help us in designing your closets.

Each closet is carefully designed using the latest closet design techniques in the industry. Your closet plans will be provided in either hardcopy or in an Adobe PDF format and will represent a three-dimensional (3-D) rendering in the exact color and design features discussed during your initial meeting with our Consultant.

Our recommended Installers are trained and certified by Organizers Direct and ClosetMaid. Their goal is to provide you with excellent service and value. They will begin the process by reviewing the approved designs with you one last time prior to performing the work. Their installation process also includes the removal of any standard closet material prior to beginning the installation process. If you would like to paint the closet prior we recommend you remove the closet yourself and fill in existing holes and then paint. Services like this can be performed in advance by one of our recommended independent installers at a nominal fee. Please discuss this option with your installer.
